Our online store offers several purchase options for each Concept Design to meet your needs:

• PDF Only: Review the complete documentation before purchasing the Single-Use Licence.
• Single-Use Licence: This package includes CAD drawings necessary for the Detailed Design documentation, high-resolution 3D renderings, and grants you permission to use our Concept Design for a single build only.
• Additional Build Licence: If you wish to use the design for multiple projects, you can purchase additional licences for each build.
• VR Walkthrough: Evaluate the design in VR and use it for project promotion (requires a VR headset and a powerful PC with at least an NVIDIA RTX 3090 GPU, NVIDIA RTX 4090 recommended).

Our concept design packages primarily focus on Building Design, providing a comprehensive foundation for your project. However, they also include sufficient information which can assist you with the Interior Design.

Predesigned Concept Packages offer fast and cost-efficient access to high-quality designs at a fraction of the cost of bespoke design services. Bespoke services are customised and can be 10-15 times more expensive than our Predesigned Concept Packages.

Each Predesigned Concept Package includes:

• Floor Plans with Furniture layout and Dimensions
• Roof plan
• 2 Sections
• 4 Façade Elevations
• Gross Floor Areas (GFA)
• Finishes Schedule (Exterior and Interior)
• 20 High-Resolution 3D Renderings
• Optional VR Walkthroughs (sold separately)

When you purchase the Predesigned Concept Package, you will receive a non-exclusive “Single-Use Licence,” which is valid for a single build only. You will not own the design, but you will receive a non-exclusive right to use it for your project. For additional builds, you must purchase an “Additional Build Licence” from our online store for each additional unit.

Yes, if you modify the design, you will still need to purchase additional build licences for each additional build.

No, our Predesigned Concept Packages are sold as non-exclusive and can be purchased by multiple clients. For exclusive designs, please inquire about our Bespoke Design Services.

If you want to evaluate the design in detail before purchasing the Single-Use Licence, you can buy the PDF Only package. This package contains all the drawings and renderings for your review.

Yes, you will need a local architect to develop our Concept Design into Detailed Design documentation (DD) and for submission to local authorities.

High-quality Concept Design services are typically more expensive than Technical and Engineering services. Our predesigned packages offer cost-efficient access to premium designs, costing 10-15 times less than traditional Concept Design services. Additionally, separating Concept Design from Technical and Engineering services is common, especially for international projects. Hiring a design architect will typically increase the project timeline by 4-12 weeks, depending on the size of the project, while our designs are available at your fingertips.

Yes, you can modify the design for your own build. However, reselling our original or modified designs is not allowed.

Yes, once you purchase the “Single-Use Licence,” you can use our 3D renderings for marketing. However, please note that buying the PDF Only, which is prepared for evaluation purposes, does not grant permission to use the 3D renderings for marketing and promotion.

Yes, but you will need to purchase an Additional Build Licence for each additional villa that you plan to build.

All drawings are drawn and annotated in millimetres.

All our drawings are digital, in PDF and DWG formats prepared for A3 size.

Not at the moment. Your local architect can convert our CAD drawings from metric to imperial units if needed.

Currently, we only provide CAD and PDF files.
